It is with heavy heart that I have shut down all of my WX satellite operations.
The NOAA birds are/were old, some failing over the years and others
being shut off before they died totally. Using a turbo antenna and APT-06 receiver
I have captured some fantastic pictures over the more than 10 years I've
had it running on a Windows 7 computer. Recently I setup a system using a Raspberry Pi
and SDR dongle to capture the Russian M weather sats but
the two they have running are not very reliable and the pictures mostly worthless...........
So It's all shut off and I'll possibly repurpose the Windows machine and Pi to do something else...

I want to thank Ron KA7RLM for his help and lots of work in getting our RPI Meteor setup going.
A lot of trial and errors but we did get some
good pictures from time to time. It's been a great learning experience for both of us.
